Any information held by the Trust in theory could be asked for
including e-mails and minutes of meetings. It is therefore essential
that these are written and stored in a professional, coherent way.
Any written request for information
comes under the Act and must be
responded to within 20 working days.
Our Publication Scheme, which will detail information held by the
Trust and how it can be accessed, is published on the internet and
will be the first port of call for the public for accessing information we
hold.
All information must be kept, destroyed or archived following the
Records Management Policy (available on the intranet).
In order for us to provide information, we must know what
information we hold.
