Welcome to the Team Brief for
July. The usual updates about

are included. You can watch
my video update by clicking on
the link above or using the QR

I mentioned last month about
the very worrying increase in
anti-social and often violent
and abusive behaviour
towards our staff.
We have now taken some
decisive steps to address this
working with Northumbria
Police to try and stamp this
out.
Since we shared this update
with you all, we've had
feedback from teams in other
parts of the Trust about their
safety concerns. Please be
assured that we are listening.
We are doing everything we
can so that you all feel safe
and supported when you
come to work.
