David Carrick is an English serial rapist and
former police officer who worked for
the Metropolitan Police.
Carrick was arrested in 2021 and in 2022
pleaded guilty to multiple counts
of rape between 2002 and 2021. In 2023, he
was sentenced to life imprisonment.
The prison officers whose forbidden
flings with inmates were exposed
They were employed to maintain order
behind bars and help inmates in their
rehabilitation.
But these prison officers abused their
positions and gave into temptation when
they embarked on affairs with the
inmates they should have been keeping
in check.
