can also include:
• Personal dignity and respect
• Physical, emotional and mental well being
• Control of the person over their everyday life
• Participation in work, education, training or recreation
• Social and economic well-being
• Domestic, family and personal life
• Suitability of the individuals living accommodation
• The persons contribution to society
